Seph lived in Agatava Grade,
the district almost directly beneath Quartzal Grade. It sprawled out along the crook of the cliffs, and was adjacent to seven other districts in Low, as well as three in one of the Other Two Planes. Furthermore, there was one long staircase at the southernmost corner of Agavata which was dilapidated and as hard to climb as any rough mountain; but the one who cared to climb it would find themselves in High Anthem. At the rear of a Mercury headquarters, sure; but still, realtors of Agatava counted this in their advertisements.
"Come live to Agatava! Adjacent to eleven other districts, easy travel, close to almost everything!"
Agatava was the location of Fallish University. What part of it was not university was filled with various supply stores (writing utensils, loose paper, notebooks, paints, easals, beakers, chemicals, wine, beer, whiskey, rum, vodka, emberish, cadavers), bookstores, restaurants serving cheap and abundant foodstuffs, and apartment complexes whose rooms were marketed mostly toward students and professors and visiting scholars and other related persons.
Seph managed easily to find a place to live. He didn't pose as a student per se, but his fashion and noticeable quirks and employment at The Libra had made him something of a familiar, oddly notorious character.
